"I waited 30 minutes for my appointment, and when I asked how long it would be, the person at the front desk said she would check. I then watched her walk the chart back….. we were then seen. Eye appointment was brief and did not offer explanations for his eye sight diagnosis. I did not receive a text or call when the glasses were ready…. I had to call in to discover they were waiting for us. I not be seeking more glasses for my children here."
