"I cannot believe these people!!! I literally just got served by them, the reason was bcuz my husband passed away unexpectedly the week of my appt. I was at his funeral and I tried to cancel my apt and had to leave a vm. I was in touch with the billing lady and everything trying to let them know I couldn’t make it and tried to dispute the charges for my apt that was missed ONLY bcuz my husband passed away. They wouldn’t work with me or budge bcuz they say that they didn’t get the vm. But aside from that, what kind of people would charge you when you’re literally 2 1/2 hours away putting your husband to rest? They knew this, I tried so many times to ask them to please help me out with this bogus missed appt charge. They wouldn’t, now today I’m getting served with added fees and everything. I was literally there having issues with life and trying to get help then they do this after my husband passes away a year later? I honestly can’t believe this, life has been extremely hard this last year as it is. I’m barely able to Get back in to life and function with our 3 yr old daughter I was left to take care of by myself!’ Now I’m having to face court for a place that was supposed to be providing me with help bcuz I’m struggling? Congratulation Life Stone Center. You really wanted to make life harder, you’ve accomplished that! I’ll pray for you and I hope you all have a wonderful night!"
"The staff is extremely nice, and welcoming. The therapists are very nice and comforting. The rooms are comfortable and there is calming music. Overall, great people and building. Also very clean."
"I hate giving a bad review here because I absolutely loved the rest of the staff here. But when it comes to anything with their billing department and especially Lexi this place is a nightmare. If you are 5 minutes late to an appointment even when you call them on your way saying you will be 5 minutes late because of traffic. They will call it a "No show fee" for $80 even if their are 55 minutes left of your 60 minute appointment. Getting ahold of billing is a battle in itself. Apparently, the only way you can get a hold of billing is by email (no phone), which gets a response ever 6-7 weeks. Every response from Lexi is some pre typed uped garbage that doesn't even have anything remotely to do with my question. After trying my best for months to communicate with Lexi and not getting a clear answer. I get a letter in the mail from collections!!!!!!! For $167!!!!!!! The stress Lexi provides in my life is in no way compensated by the stress relief the rest of the staff provides here. Lexi, Ive sent another email to you 2 weeks ago and Im still waiting for a response..."
"Today is 10/4/23. I check my mail every day. I'm now looking at a statement dated for 9/21/23. It shows a visit earlier this year, 2/2023 that they didn't bill my insurance and I'm responsible for the amount. On this same paper there's a listed visit for 4/2023 where they did bill my insurance. Both times I paid my normal after insurance amount. One of them wasn't processed correctly. Mind you I'm already freaked out about the fact that I'm looking at something that has been due for supposedly 8 months. What's worse is that last year I had a different billing issue with this place and it was annoying to get situated since they didn't do well at following up and staying accountable. Like it became MY job to deal with it. It was finally sorted out and my visits from there have been processed correctly til now. Again?... I'VE HAD THE SAME INSURANCE THIS WHOLE TIME, so what's with the inconsistency? Seeing these other reviews with billing issues doesn't help. I don't know if it's not being submitted correctly or not processed right by the other company. Regardless, it doesn't matter. It all falls on management to recognize this is an issue, but it's clear they're just letting it happen. While I did enjoy my care here, it's not worth it. People come here because they're struggling, why add more headache? That's it for me. I'm taking my business elsewhere."
