Her approach of balancing the importance of mind, spirit, and body and how they're intertwined has helped me see progress in all aspects of my life. I loved that her team reached out to me before I even had my first session so that I was fully aware of what the costs would be up front with my insurance so that during my sessions all I have to be concerned with is the reason I'm there and not finances.
