"I only had three sessions with Sam and they didn't feel very productive. We had our first session, then he canceled the next, then showed up late to the following session. Today when I told him I was canceling our therapy sessions he literally responded with a thumbs up emoji (see screenshot). I actually couldn't believe it. To top it off, when our sessions ended he wouldn't say goodbye or vocalize any sort of farewell; the session would end and he would close his door. It was weird and made it feel like he just wanted my money. Honestly very frustrating and I would say it was more harmful than productive. Maybe it was just a bad series of experiences and I should give him the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not sure. 2 stars."
