"Came in on a Thursday morning, because I needed to get a few blood tests. Surprisingly, I only waited for about 15 minutes before being called back. There was only one other person in the waiting room. Brendan, the MA, and Susan, the NP, were amazing! I get nervous sometimes whenever I need to get poked with a needle. They both were very friendly, and answered any questions I had. They made my visit very quick and easy."
"Waited over an hour and a half . An hour or more pass and someone else came in and literally got seen within 15 min and I still had to be wait another 20 minutes just to be seen for less than 60 seconds literally. She was definitely not the greatest. And when I went to the receptionist to get my paperwork someone was literally complaining about the same thing I went through. The receptionist are literally nice but the provider horrible at her job . If she doesn’t care she shouldn’t be doing this for a living."
"I went in for a workplace injury, and prescribed a “muscle relaxer” witch I later found out was the same thing as Xanax. I had a bad reaction to the drug on the second day. I punched something and broke my hand. I looked into the drug and found the #1 serious side effect to be agitation. I went back 3 days later to ask for a different medication. They prescribed the same medication in twice the strength. They told me they were giving me something different. This happened the Friday before Memorial Day. Therefore, I was left with a broken hand, as well as my original injury. I had no reliable medication for the 3 day weekend. I don’t understand how people get away with this. This place is full of excuses and incompetence. I haven’t been to a doctor in 10 years before this visit. And now I remember why."
"Don't go here. Had an appointment there twice with qtc. Worse examiners ever. Didn't spend any time, didn't want to listed or discuss why I was there, took blood work but not for the contentions I went for. Then gave terrible terrible exams. VA has been going back and forth because they say I don't have a diagnosis but my private medical records for years and prescriptions say other wise. Please if they set an appointment here demand a new location! The two female providers are unbelievably unqualified and not veteran centric at all. Stay away. Would be better to miss your appointment then get a negative medical opinion from these unqualified terrible examiners."
"Clean and neat places. Everyone here are working hard to keep the waiting time short. Also free WI-FI."
