"I can't begin to express the extensive problems and complications I've had with the implants done by PK Clark at White Cap Institute. I went to him for a full mouth restoration which took close to 2 years to complete. They did 14 implants which most to date have failed. They cemented upper & lower bridge as permanent fixtures with no access which further complicated my situation. I sought specialists in my area but when they tried to obtain the information needed to determine a solid plan they needed my dental records from White Cap re: implants &abutments used, method etc. Every single request for any of my dental records were comletely ignored or denied. Thus, no dentist wanted to tackle this complicated problem. It's taken me 2 years to find a competent specialist to take on the task and I'm grateful, but I can't express how disappointed I am in White Cap Institute. Now that these implants have been removed it was determined that the process used by White Cap was substandard at best, placement was less than ideal and has caused me great harm both financially, physically and psychologically. Shame on them for their lack of professionalism in helping other professionals solve problem. I relied on PK Clark, his Institute and his team to provide me with what they promised. They, like my implants failed."
