"Was a great experience from check in to the care. Went in on a Sunday night at 7 pm. Our 3 year old girl got a nail puncture in her finger and they stitched her up with so much care and were so caring to our daughter. Such great service."

"I took my daughter in at 8:15pm for a urine culture and they turned us away saying they weren’t taking anymore patients tonight unless it was an emergency because of the wait. If someone had an emergency they would go to the ER! So frustrating to be turned away when they are open until 9:00."

"My daughter felt dizzy for several hours before bed, over night and well into the next day. Her throat didn't hurt and she wasn't coughing. Took her to Bountiful KidsCare. The wait time was not very long, about 5-10 minutes. The doctor came in about 5-10 minutes after being checked in to the room. He saw some symptoms of strep, which she tested positive for. I never would have thought she had strep as her only issue was being dizzy. The doctor was very thorough and we are very pleased and appreciate the help. She's on her way to getting better!"

"We took our 15 month old daughter in because we thought she may of been having an allergic reaction. When we got there the front desk people were nice and efficient in getting us checked in. The Nurse was nice as well. The reason I am giving this a 1 star rating is because of the doctor. We had Dr. Smith and she was so unfriendly and acted like we were inconveniencing her by being there. It turned out that my daughter was having bad allergies, the doctor was asking us questions to determine when she started feeling like this. It stated out as a runny nose and then got worse. We tried telling her that it was a very sudden onset of symptoms, the doctor told me that it couldn't have been a sudden thing if it started earlier in the day. She then said she would get some medicine and monitor my daughter. The nurse came in and gave my daughter te medicine and then said she would be back in to check in us. Well 45 minutes later and no one came back. I saw that my daughter was feeling much better so I went to find the doctor. I walked to the nurses station and the doctor was sitting playing on her CELLPHONE, I told her my daughter was feeling better and that no one came back to check us and that we were going to leave. She then told me that it takes longer than 5 minutes for the medicine to work and that she said I could leave at 9pm not whenever I wanted. I tried explaining that nobody came in to she said that she told her staff to not come check on us till 9pm. I said that I wanted someone to come check on us now and then went back to our room. A MA came in shortly after and checked on my daughter then the nurse came back and said she got busy and that's why she didn't come back. She checked my daughter then said the doctor would come in. The doctor never came back but told the nurse that we could leave. I will never go back to this place if this is how the doctor is going to treat the patients."
