"Reception staff are rude, horrible communicators. Called to set appointment for lab orders like my provider asked. They gaslight me and insist I had them drawn already. I’ve never had my blood drawn here so that’s not right. Wife called to do the same, they called back a week later as if we never tried. Same issue. Finally got appointments set. When I arrived today they said my appointment was canceled due to lack of orders. No heads up, no call, no attempt to resolve the issue. Just a waste of time and money. Will be going to another provider to avoid this mess."

"I actually started new job and during my training I got sick and I needed to have a doctors note. Well I didn’t have a way to get to the facility so I called them and they said well we can do a telehealth visit. Meaning they can do a face-to-face visit via computer, not having to even go in the office. And it was so helpful to me. Plus they were able to email me a copy of a letter for me to take to my work Showing them that I had been seen. But what amazes me most as I called in the morning and that same day I was able to visit with a doctor via computer, but it helped tremendously. I truly appreciate that kind of service"

"Dr. Thompson was rude and dismissive. I voiced my concerns and he had no actual help or advice to give and was clearly not listening when I would explain or give details. I told him what I felt like I needed and he pushed back and made me feel stupid for even bringing these concerns up. His nurse was the same way. Felt rushed like he just wanted me in and out. Doesn't seem like they are willing to handle/discuss more complex issues."

"I went for my first appointment with Dr. Justin Jones. He's so nice and friendly and answered all my questions. I liked him so much that I scheduled an appointment with him for my son's and my daughter's doctor. also loved him. We finally found our family. The staff is so great."

"My son needed a last-minute physical to join track and we called this clinic and they had a same day appointment! Everything went perfectly, and he was able to join the team! Dr. Josiah & the MA & front desk staff were awesome too! (They scanned the physical & emailed it so I had a digital copy), Thank you so much!"
