"EDIT: I could have conceived and given birth to a human being in the time it has taken to recieve my contacts. It has now been 9 MONTHS since I ordered my contacts. 100% recommend you order elsewhere. They will charge you hundreds and then just sit on your money forever. Anyone you talk to who has ordered with these guys the last few years will tell you they waited an average of 6-9 months. My last order took 6 months+ to arrive (was told this was manufacturer/supplier issues, but when I called both they said there were thousands of my specific script in stock so they were unsure of the delay as it was not on their end) so I asked beforehand this time and was told there were currently no delays they're aware of and it would be 2 weeks, give or take a few days. So I trusted the information and once again they are significantly delayed and I have no idea when they will be here with zero explanation. Meanwhile I am stuck in an incorrect prescription from the last time I saw a provider here-which he refused to prescribe anything but the most expensive brand/type all while telling me that was "as good as he could get" my prescription. Benefits typically allow you to order 1 every 365 days, so if you wait until you are eligible to order again, you will have about a 6 month gap wearing old contacts because these guys can't get it together. Like me, you may think to yourself "I'll just wear the glasses I ordered that day until the contacts I bought come in" but think again, those won't come either. Honestly will be filing a complaint with the insurance (which this company owns so I'm sure it will fall on deaf ears) as well as the BBB. Save yourself the trouble."
"Ive never been to such rude doctors in my life. He spoke to me like I had zero intelligence because I didnt want the contact brand he thought I should use. Come to find out they don't carry the brand I prefer. Makes sense that he got upset because he wasn't going to make more money off me. I won't be back."
"Avoid this location!!! The opticians and the optometrist are very unprofessional and can’t see outside themselves. - I showed up for appointment but the doors were locked (snow day) - I was NOT notified of the closure or contacted in the days to follow by anyone apologizing or to help me schedule a new appointment. - I called the store several times a day for several days with no answer. - I called from the parking lot of the business next to them and no answer so I walked into the store with no patients just an employee that didn’t want to answer the phone. - I rescheduled my appointment only because I wanted a lasix touch up consultation. She was annoyed and not very friendly. - I showed up for the new appointment that was over a month later, I was checked in and my chart was given to the Dr. I sat there for ten minutes before the girl went back to see why I hadn’t been pulled back and he YELLED at her for not telling him I was ready to be seen. Ten minutes after that she went back to his office again only to come back to tell me I needed to reschedule because the next patient was here and he didn’t have time to see me because he was unaware I was ready to be seen. WHAT!!!!"
"Worst experience I have ever had with getting a new pair of glasses & I have been wearing them for almost 40 years! This store is hands down the worst with communication! I have left voicemails, sent txt messages & been in to the store trying to get an update on my prescription and NOTHING! I ordered my new frames w/ lenses in the last week of November and was told they would be ready in 4-6 weeks tops. Like a fool, I paid in full at the time of the order too...regretting that now! I had been giving them some grace considering the holiday season but I am done with trying to play nice! I have called their corporate number - who has tried calling the store as well with no success. They have emailed the store and the manager and still no response. Will definitely not ever spend another dime with this company!"
