"I really like the doctor and staff but it difficult to get a prescription figured out when it does not get to the pharmacy properly. The script is for pain meds so without them I'll be in pain and in withdawl (been taking them for years now). Apparently they were sent but the pharmacy didn't have them. I called back and let whomever I spoke with know what happened. She said she'd get it taken care of. Well nothing has been sent in so I spend an hour on hold this morning to ask that someone please get me to the person I need to talk to so I get it asap. What do I get? A voice mail to leave a message and wait for a call back.Then I'll have to wait all day for it to hopefully get sent in. Its frustrating as hell!"

"First initial call and test went by fast and provided good service. The billing experience not so good played phone tag because insurance never got the claim but they reported the claim back and forth."

"I started seeing this office due to some seizure-like episodes I was experiencing. The thing I’m going to mention is the fact that these medical “professionals” are impossible to get ahold of. We tried time and time again to get ahold of them via phone and even left voicemails, but no one ever got back to us. I was eventually put on an anti-seizure medication due to a recent episode, and since I was scheduled to have an EEG to detect possible seizure activity, and since the medication was supposed to prevent me from having said seizures, I was concerned that it may affect the EEG. As stated before, I called this office over and over to ask about it, and finally, I had to drive there just to ask if the medication would affect the test. Do not see these people at any of their locations, ever."

"The Neurologist is great, but the Nurse/Assistant can't return a phone call. I ran out of Meds, no call, needed a referral,No call, etc. I have tried to get a call back for MONTHS. I am going else where"

"Friendly staff and willing to reschedule whenever needed. The providers are extremely knowledgeable. I've seen several other providers who made me feel as if I was crazy until this place really took the time to listen and help some results."
