"Updated review - After I posted my original review, David reached out and after reviewing my bill, determined that Bluetree's billing department had not processed the claims correctly. He quickly corrected the bill and we agreed to split the difference on some x-rays that weren't covered. David was apologetic and friendly. I appreciate his willingness to correct the problems. It shows integrity for a company to admit mistakes and correct them. I do still think they need to improve the responsiveness and quality of the billing office, but I will still give 5 stars for the excellent dentist and the fact that they corrected their billing mistakes. Thank you! Original review - The dentist at the Clearfield office is great and the staff is friendly. However, I ended up paying several hundred dollars more than they said my treatment would cost. Had they been upfront about the fact that they were not in-network, I could have saved quite a bit of money by finding a different dentist. I realize that it's buyer beware and I probably should have known, but it was nevertheless a great disappointment to end up paying hundreds of dollars for treatment I could have gotten for a lot less. I will not be back and I do not recommend Bluetree. It was VERY difficult to get ahold of someone in the billing office. I had to call about a dozen times and finally send a message to the corporate office to get with someone in billing to figure things out. I encourage Dr. Robertson to find another company to affiliate with. He is a great dentist at a lousy firm."

"I went to this office before Blue tree took it over and decided to continue with the same office once Blue Tree took over and they have been nothing but nice when we’ve gone in, I’ve just have had regular cleanings but my husband has had two root canals and even he loves this office. The Dr and staff are great and have always been friendly and very talkative with us. We love them. - The Stewarts"
