"I called over a year ago to check if they did Covid testing and the receptionist was extremely rude so we ended up going somewhere else. My husband called earlier this year to see if we could get tested for strep and he also got an extremely rude receptionist so we ended up going to Provo instacare. It looks like the actual doctors have great reviews but we haven’t been able to get past the receptionist, it’s like she is annoyed we call"

"I’m usually not one to post my reviews on clinics considering that I am in the healthcare industry, however, the front desk staff was rude on the phone and in person, they do not take accurate temperatures (used a forehead infrared thermometer rather than oral or ear), and the doctor does not pay attention to allergies listed in the chart, etc. I would strongly recommend going to another location."

"I know many have had a bad experience here, and it sounds like this place has had trouble with customer experience. I'll just throw in that my wife and I have been many times for strange or sudden illnesses or injuries and we've been treated well and the doctors were sufficient in their ability to help us each time."

"Website says COVID testing doesn't require an appointment. Lady working the front desk said it does require an appointment and couldn't have been ruder."

"We were told we could not been seen even tho they are an urgent care. They refused to see my wife. They told her she needed an appointment. They told her the night before to just walk in and they will get her in the morning. Come on urgent care. We need to be better. Never going back to this joke of a place."
