"Had a torn bicep tendon. 16 weeks after surgery and at their Farr West facility and I feel back to normal. Great scheduling for someone like me who works everyday M-F. Nicole Gray had great exercises for me to do every week and I thank her and Sundance for giving me my arm back."

She did many things to help my back and most were not painful, but were helpful in reducing pain. Clean and neat therapy area and office. "First of all I'd like to point out this billing department is amazing! There's no random overcharges like most. And there's a quick scan code for payment on each bill. And the view out the back window is spectacular of the mountains. You cannot ask for a better view. Anyways last summer 2020 and hurt to the point of where I was bedridden and barely able to be in a wheelchair. I found this physical therapy office and they helped me slowly get better to the point of walking and being my own self currently. Amelia started with dry needling and it did wonders for my tight muscles. Each week they would have me do different exercises which I would also continue at home to keep my muscles progressing forward. Currently whenever I get tight I just work on the exercises they gave me for that specific muscle and I am retraining my body to function like normal. I could not have recovered so quickly without this office. Bree the receptionist is amazing and very personable she also helps you do exercises and sometimes does them with you ☺️. Currently Nicole is my physical therapist and she is personable, relatable and very kind. She does not do dry needling but her physical therapy work is just as good! My body feels so much better after coming to my appointment. I hands down recommend this to anyone who needs recovery. I also recommend the dry needling for migraines. After I got dry needling done on my tight traps and neck muscles my migraines disappeared. I would say I am in better shape than I was before my accident."
