"How can these physicians expect to provide proper healthcare to patients in a building full of mold. The entire building reeks of mildew. Our eyes are burning, noses are running, we have hives and after talking with the doctor we can taste the smell of the mold in this building. This place should be shutdown and bulldozed."
"To start when they contacted me for the first time the lady asked for my doctor. Not sure if they meant to contact her office, but when I corrected the lady she seemed perturbed that I corrected her. Once the issue of who they were calling was corrected I was asked if I had my medical records from the last five years. I told her no and I asked if they requested the records or if that was something I needed to do and the lady told me that it was my responsibility. I then contacted the other hospitals immediately to have records sent to Mercy Breast Center and the other two hospitals mailed them promptly. Per tracking my records were received two days later somewhere at Mercy Breast Center. Currently 20 days later my records have not been received other than the records that were hand-delivered to them. When discussing the situation with the manager of the breast center and asking if the review of my records could be expedited she pretty much wrote me off and recommended I go somewhere else. Not a pleasant experience. Called my doctor and asked them to refer me somewhere else."
"I came to offer my wife support after being called back for test results. The nurse turned me away as they called my wife back advising, "just ladies back here". My wife specifically asked me to attend with her. I guess my male/husband type support is not recognized by this organization, nor was my wife's desire to have me with her to receive this news."
"we haven't even gotten an appt or a callback so 1 is all i am giving. You leave a message & no call back. I am going to call my Dr & see about going somewhere else. UPDATE: I got an appt at the south location & everyone was ftiendly & quick. I did not have to wait at all, it was all finished in 20 minutes & that was a dexascan & a mammogram."
"My appointment was canceled without any notice given to me prior to my showing up at my appointment time!! I had even confirmed when called. Their phone message states they know my time is valuable- Obviously not!! Waste of over an hour of my time driving there!"
