"do not use these people, i am in more pain now than before my September surgery and when i pressed the issue about my appointment rescheduling well they discharged me as a patient, apparently its more important for them to keep you in the dark and in pain than it is to help you. if even one person stays away from this place its been worth it to me"

"Yesterday as my cough got worse, we went to the lab for a mucus ramble and the order was not put in by Badke. After calling 2 times and emailing him over last 24 hrs we have had no response. I finally called my primary physician and got the order placed. We know many of the staff have been fired or let go. I've lost a nurse advocate myself. She used to help me get through these challenges. I tried to place feedbackvthrough their website, but it keeps failing to send because of the capsa verification. People I have contacted for help in the past rant answering their phones. I'm hoping IHC will improve their response to patients when doctors forget to do things. IHC has really gone downhill since January in the quality of care. Would it help if I get on Google to start publicizing the problems to get managements attention?"

"I am beyond frustrated with this clinic, more specifically the Ob/Gyn clinic. I have been rescheduled 3 times now just for an annual exam. When I asked if I could see another provider they told me no that I would have to stay with my provider. I get my physician has to be in surgery some days. But EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT that I have scheduled, because they have asked me to reschedule, they call me days later saying that my provider once again is being called out to surgery and they will need to reschedule me, again.. that makes it 4 times now. I do like the physician and the medical assistant but something has to change in regards to their lack of organization and scheduling of appointments."

"Wonderful! ALL of my doctors work there now! It gives me a great excuse to drive up through the avenues every week - it is so beautiful. The receptionists are friendly. I rarely have to wait longer than 5-8 minutes. Usually it's just "go on in"! I chose my doctors because they are the best in their fields, and this is where they all eventually decided to work. So, for this reason I believe that many very good doctors are now working at the Avenues Specialty Clinic."
