"Terrible to work with . If they don’t accept your insurance they won’t give you an appointment. But the thing is my insurance is accepted and they keep fighting with me. Why is it so hard to just give me an appointment I’ve already called my insurance and they said it’s accepted. Worst people."
"For all the different physicians and NPs and dietician Julianne Steiner, I’ve gone through, each of them has been extremely helpful in helping me stay ahead in diabetes. I myself have never had issues with those at the front desk — some characters, but all have been prompt when they could be, and put everything in place as I needed it."
"Called to follow up on a referral sent over 2 wks. ago. I waited 55 minutes to get through to someone. when the phone was answered, the woman i spoke to was very rude! she told me they were booked til October maybe later, she asked ,do you still want me to check for your referral? she had a very frustrated/clearly irritated tone. i told her yes if you could please, she then said well the Doctor is on Maternity leave so it might be longer. i said can you let me know you got the referral? she said i can put you on hold but it may be a while. i then just said you know what i will just go else where! she said awesome and hung up on me. So i got my referral sent else where and was called immediately by the other place. I'm now wondering if they didn't want to tell me they had it and just didn't want anymore patients? if it's too stressful they should maybe reconsider taking referrals. I wasted 2 weeks to be treated terribly. anyway, good luck but i won't be going there!"
"There’s not bad doctors here but the secretaries are TERRIBLE! I just got hung up on after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes just because she could barely hear me… she couldn’t wait one second so I could talk with her. I thought having diabetes was stressful try talking to the office ladies."
"This is the least helpful doctors office I've ever been to. I actually did my externship here 15 years ago when I received my MA degree. They were rude to the patients then and they still are. The women at the front desk need to learn to have compassion for the patients or go find a new line of work."
