"I came in to buy my first brand new pair of Snowboard boots. I was immediately greeted by Michael and he took me back to the fitting area to get started. He listened to all the concerns I had from prior rental boots and brought out a few pairs for me to try on and decide. I felt like he really took into account the details I had brought up for comfort. He also helped me in and out of all the different pairs, even adding linings, while listening to my feedback. Finally he had me walk around in both pairs of boots to make sure I was completely happy with the purchase I was going to make.
