"The PA Ashley Cameron was pretending to be a doctor and was unwilling to address my concerns. She became belligerent and rude. Treated me for a cold and refused me antibiotics for cellulitis. She told me I can't walk in to urgent care demanding things. I'm sick, was seen 5 days later at Ogden clinic which confirmed cellulitis and injected me with antibiotics and sent two prescriptions for more antibiotics. U of U doesn't follow the hypocritic to Do no Harm. Never going back!!!"
"Whole experience was fast and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful . I will definitely be back in the future."
"I quit going for two major reasons: because the doctor I moved to after mine retired takes up to TWO WEEKS to call in a medication refill that previous doctors had taken care of by the time I drove across the way to the pharmacy. The second was the mental health professional who, at the time was in training, told me factually incorrect information in the most condescending fashion that I still, a year later, feel DEEPLY insulted by. The lack of respect the male staff has had to myself as a female was disgusting and discouraging. I definitely felt like I was being treated as a painseeking addict instead of a patient with health concerns. Fun fact: a woman can have both bi-polar disorder and ADHD. It's readily availible on government sponsered health sites. And all I asked was to be TESTED."
"It just depends on what doctor you see, some care about you and help so much... others can be just awful and they will not help at all."
"Wife has an ear infection. Pretty much closed up her whole ear canal. She went here simply to get antibiotics. After 4 hours she finally is out, during the visit she got nothing done for her. Besides what was already known, “you have an ear infection” Antibiotics are not available, so we asked for a substitute, it’s been 25 hours. Called for the 3rd time and was told no one has even looked at the order. What in the actual hell is going on over there? You can give out diagnoses but can’t give the care to treat? Makes a lot of sense for a medical establishment."
