"I love, love, love Karidee Thomas (Physician Assistant). I started going to her when my work schedule changed and I couldn’t see Dr Musci anymore (whom I also loved). Karidee is easy to talk to, spends a lot of time chatting and answering questions, and suggests the best course of action for my medical needs. I am an employee at the U of U and choose to go to Karidee instead of a U of U provider. I highly recommend her. Yes the phone system totally sucks but I can overlook that because the healthcare I receive is top notch!"

"Some of the Drs. are good and the girls in the office are definitely sweet, friendly and helpful! But...this place WILL NOT ANSWER their phones and the backup answering service is TERRIBLE--the ladies from the answering service are sometimes rude and their phones drop calls at random ALL THE TIME. The actual office is never busy and I never see other patients there but appointments are hard to get and there is absolutely no reaching them on the telephone."

"Disappointed... I used to see another doctor there and she was fantastic. But after she left it has not been the same. I switched completely. I spent weeks waiting on a referral that I ended up in er for the issue. Then when they finally sent it over, it was only in part. Rather than fix the referral they explained it differently, and kept it the same. So I ended up choosing to go to another doctor. They sent the original plan over ASAP. I have sent several requests for my records to transfer, it’s been over a year and they still have not transferred. I still miss part of the clinic, it’s not all bad. But how do you like someone that doesn’t put your health first!"
