"My therapist Thomas Eno is one of the best therapists I've ever had. The front desk staff is so nice. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of their cancelation policy. 48 business hours is not always feasible for canceling/rescheduling an appt."

"Terrible communication. (Nightmare after nightmare.) Terrible cancellation policy. (Two weeks in advance- but they didn't return my message to tell me, going back to the communication) Terrible scheduling. (No regular appts, and all the times that convenient are taken) Just don't use them. It's not worth it. edit- I see in the response the 48 hrs. policy vs 2 wks. This was never communicated to me, I got this through the communication of my son. They never communicated directly to me. oh- and instead of returning my voicemail, they talked to someone else instead too, thinking that was good enough. - see line one of review."

"We have had such a wonderful experience at eagle mountain counseling. Our teenager sees who she Calls Miss Gabby ( Gabrielle Burningham), and she has been so amazing with our tee. She has been so great with helping not only her process some tough experiences, but helped walk us as parents through how to also help her. Not to mention the front desk has also been so delightful, friendly, helpful and all around easy to talk with and schedule appointments with no issues. We highly recommend scheduling with them!"
