"Interesting how two years ago I gave this clinic four stars and today I'm editing my review and it's going all the way down to a one. Myself and both of my kids have been to this clinic in the last 2 weeks and they can't get their s*** together. I went in for testing a week ago today and they told me 2 to 3 days and then I called back today and they tell me 2 to 3 weeks. Going back to instacare and never look back cuz this clinic is a joke. It's not worth the headache just cuz it's closer to home. If I could give zero Stars I would"

"We took my mother in because she had been really sick. She had tested positive for the flu twice was never given anything to help. After the second positive and still not feeling great, we decided to go in again. We had called in prior because we wanted to get her an x-ray. We set up an appointment and was told that we would be able to get an x-ray that day at the time we Went. Just to get us in to see the doctor it took an hour once in the actual office, we waited another 30 minutes until someone finally came. We told the MA that we wanted to do a chest x-ray. She was saying that they couldn’t do it and that there was no one available and making a lot of excuses for them not to do it. We told them that we had already talked to someone prior to coming in and they told us that there was someone available. I’m not sure why doing x-rays for them is such a big deal. But you can clearly tell that they do not like to do them. We came back from the x-ray and once again waited again even longer. When the nurse practitioner finally came in, she told us that the x-ray didn’t look well and wanted to ask more about her symptoms if we would not have pushed for that x-ray, they would never have done it. My mother would’ve gotten worse and ended up in the ER because they did not want to do an x-ray, and the only reason they did it was because we pushed it. This was just a horrible experience on every part. Definitely do not recommend this to anyone who is sick. Go somewhere else."

"I would recommend Dr Steven Spencer to anyone. I have had him for my primary care doctor for the past 12 years n he is the best of the best. He is caring, listens to u, n provides honest feed back.
