"The visit was fine, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. But when InstaCare opens at 8:00 and I get there at 7:20 so I'm first, and I'm told that Brett usually comes in around 8:30 or so, I think that's very unprofessional. I was his first patient and didn't even get called back until 8:45. either change the hours of InstaCare or have your professionals come in on time."

"Terrible experience. Went in with breathing issue, tests were run, I was sent home without a word from the Dr. Couple days later, received a text that I had a prescription to pick up. Not a clue what for or what was wrong. Horrible bedside manor! Horrible experience. Also, and the pharmacist called me and said the prescribed medicine was $700 and my ins does not cover it,. Asked if they could reach out to the Dr and ask for an alternate that was covered under insurance. Terrible, terrible terrible! As of this review, I still have not heard one word from the Dr's office as to what they found wrong with my breathing!"
