"As much as I love this shop, I had a very unpleasant, uncomfortable, and downright rude encounter with the young guy who was working behind the desk. He seemed a lot more interested in his phone than helping customers, but he was also insulting toward myself and my dog! I have an ESA certified animal, which I wasn’t even given time to explain. I must add I had a very different and amazing experience when Tanisha worked, I was coming in to get more pieces and fix the previous one I had purchased which had broken, but this guy lost my sale! I’ve worked in customer service positions for a decade, ranging from Michelin star restaurants to upscale boutique shops in Southern California…to mid-grade delis in Arizona. This guy would’ve been fired from all of them! I look forward to going back when he isn’t working, so that I can spend my money on a spot that truly deserves it. Great place, great products, one bad apple."
