"Love my normal doctor, Doctor Hogan. However I had to do a Telehealth appointment on Friday with Dr. Jorgensen due to Dr. Hogan being off. The day before I had tested positive for COVID-19 at a local popup clinic here in Ogden I was very sick and didn’t want to drive very far as Westside Medical is in Clinton. I spoke with Jorgensen via telehealth on Friday only so I can get something to take the edge off of the cough which he gladly prescribed the appointment went well however today I am still feeling extremely ill and called his office since he was the one who saw me on Friday and asked for a doctors note for a couple of days more off from work the nurse that I spoke to was extremely rude and told me since I didn’t get my Covid test done there he would not provide me a doctors note by law are you kidding You can get a Covid test anywhere they’re trying to make it as convenient as possible. he saw me and saw how sick I was on Friday and all I’m asking is a few more days to recover. what am I just supposed to go infect the world with Covid. After several lengthy conversations and phone calls she did say he did agreed to give me a note for a few days but needless to say I will never use Dr. Jorgensen‘s office again and will stick to my primary care doctor. The disrespect of his nurse and how she spoke to me was unreal. I realize everyone is stressed during these times but it felt like she was calling me a liar since I didn’t test there. I even offered to send them my positive results."

"I love their doctors but their customer service has really declined over the past couple years. When you call, the wait time is long. When you go in for an appointment, it takes awhile for anyone at the front desk to acknowledge you. I often hear gossip and other patients' information waiting in the lobby."

"I have been a patient of West Side Medical for 10 years, but I will never go back. I was never terribly impressed from day one, but it was located close to home and nothing was bad enough to prevent me from going back. I do not frequent the doctors office, but every couple of years something comes up that requires a visit. The last couple of those visits have been horrible. Extremely long wait times (1-2 Hours with an appointment). When you finally do get seen the doctor acts as if you're wasting their time and rush you out the door. I would consider myself to be a patient and understanding individual, so it takes a lot to get me to leave a bad review. The last straw was when I received a bill today after paying cash in full at the time of care (no insurance, self pay). They want more money even though they said I was paid in full at that time (I didn't have any lab work, etc that would require additional payment). Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a primary care physician, this place is a joke."

"This place is horrible. Every time I make an appointment, I still have to wait an hour and a half before I see my actual doctor. I feel like this is ridiculous. I thought we made appointments so that we didn't have to wait forever. And then once I get to see my doctor (Dr. Cassandra Kimball), she rushes through my appointment and I feel like she's not actually trying or wanting to help me or listen to me. I should not feel rushed when I have been waiting an hour and a half to see her!! My last straw was when I made an appointment to receive the Nexplanon and they had me pay my co-payment and wait over an hour just to tell me that they are out and that I will have to make a new appointment. I did go back and get the Nexplanon because I did not want to do another consult appointment with another physician before receiving it. Then I went back once more to get itemized receipts for my last few visits for my insurance. NO ONE was able to help me. They asked me to come back tomorrow, which wouldn't be that bad except for the fact that I do not live close to the clinic. The staff is friendly enough, but not enough to keep my business. I will never go back to this clinic for treatment."
