"I recently completed courses with Mortgage Educators in Compliance, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the platform does offer convenient online education, I found the experience to be frustrating. The courses were structured with strict time limits, which pushed through the material at a pace that didn't allow for a thorough understanding of the required knowledge. If content was completed early, there was no way to push ahead. As someone committed to learning and mastering the subject matter, I felt rushed and unable to absorb the information adequately. I believe that true education requires a more thoughtful and comprehensive approach. While I appreciate the convenience of online learning, I hope that Mortgage Educators in Compliance will consider revising their course structure to prioritize a deeper understanding of the material for future students."

"Purchased the Ultimate Education Package and opted for the 5-day course schedule. Upon beginning the courses, I realized that the courses are not live of which I was unclear prior to proceeding with the courses. I was okay with the courses not being live, I was just unsure of how the information would be delivered until I began the courses and started going through the chapters. The 5-day course schedule moved along at a timely pace. I started off taking many notes and even pausing the videos to write down the information being presented; however, I stopped taking notes during chapter 2 as I realized I would not be able to finish the course on time if I were to continue note taking at that pace. M.E.C. does provide a syllabus and course textbook which reflects the information presented in the courses. Easy to follow. The course is well organized and fluid. The instructors are very knowledgeable about the information being presented. The lead instructor David is easy to listen to throughout the entirety of the course (so not annoying and/or rambling - gets directly to the point). Feedback for M.E.C. to consider in the production of future course material is as follows: 1) Generated sub-titles throughout the course would be helpful especially for visual learners, and 2) Implementation of more visuals related to the topic of discussion (maybe pop-ups on the screen during the course videos regarding information about the topic being discussed could include definition, bulleted points, etc.)."

"The content and delivery were better than expected. I would prefer they include more slides while presenting. It's very video heavy. By biggest grievance was the presenter who smiled constantly and almost seemed to be laughing while talking about cyber security. Her content is fine, the delivery was a little hard to take."

"The genuineness of their instructors is awesome and I appreciate how they present real-world applications. HOWEVER, often their quiz questions haven't been covered yet but are presented in subsequent sections. They need to get their quiz questions better aligned with their instruction."
