"I have had many massages in my life and get them regularly. I can honestly say that Christine is one of the best massage therapist that I’ve ever had. She gives you the massage that you want and asks a lot of questions before so that she knows if there are problem areas she needs to give extra attention to. She is very intuitive while she is giving the massage as to where your problems are. Once she finds the adhesion, she gives you a warning and asks you to breath deeply and exhale, or let her know to ease up. It worked like magic. The breathing technique really helped. She gives you good things to think about to keep the issues addresses. I’m always a bit wary that the massage won’t go deep enough but this wasn’t a problem. Believe all the 5 star reviews. I will also say that her prices were a lot more reasonable than the other spas around town. When I first started looking at prices online for Springdale, they were a lot more expensive than what I normally would find, but Christina’s prices were very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed. If I found a massage therapist like Christine back home, I definitely would be a regular customer."

"My friend and I ran the Zion Half Marathon and were looking last minute to book a recovery massage when we found Christine. She was able to fit us both in last minute which we were so grateful for. Christine’s kindness extended throughout the entire treatment and I felt like she was someone I knew for a long time. Christine took the time to listen to where my problem areas were and hit those areas, as well as tried different techniques so I could get a feel of how they would benefit me in the future. I appreciated that she took the time to not only do the massage, but offered pointers and suggestions for self recovery after future workouts and activity. It was great waking up the next morning with no soreness from the run. Christine provided the best massage I’ve ever had, I only wish she lived in NJ!"
