"The office staff at this business are unprofessional and rude. I am not sure if the doctors are aware as both Dr. Bo and Dr. Henry were wonderful. I have never been chased to the parking lot before as if I was a shoplifter because I asked them to bill me so I could take my very ill husband home after complications from surgery (literally screaming at me and chased me to my car). Mind you, I paid for everything up to this point. $75.00 COPAY MUST COME OUT OF THEIR OWN POCKET or, they cannot afford a stamp. This seems to be a persistent problem if one looks at the reviews for this business (i.e., wonderful doctors, poor office staff)."

"Waiting to long after appt time. Have to drive 40 mins and then wait an hour is unacceptable. Overloaded desk staff who chit chat and eat. They should have more dr support to assist with patients and getting them seen timely."

"Dr. Sofola,his P.A.,,nurses,and all of the staff are great at what they do,knowledgeable, caring, and make you feel relaxed. I had a large Stone removed and informed me well what I might expect If ultrasound will break it up we may need a Stent,but we may not. After a really successful ultrasound he informed me I didn't need a Stent. So he does give you all the information you need. He Is a really friendly person and extremely polite. Thanks Dr sofola for all you are doing for me and thanks to all of the staff that make this place so successful."

"Waited an hour past his appointment time. Waited 2 hours for his prescription. Called no answer. Finally went up there to see where the prescriptions are. They didn't send them in. They only called one in but not the other one. Had to call back for the other prescription. They lied over the phone saying that they sent it in. Wonderful doctor horrible staff. Never return again."
