"Edit: Dr Dowse reached out to me personally via email. I’m going to be giving the office another try as I was assured there would be proper action taken. I will update my review after my next visit. I’ve been going to Premier Pediatrics for over a year now. I’ve never had any problems up until recently. A few weeks ago I called to make an appointment for my son and when I got there I was told I had called and cancelled which I had not. I was continuously told that no I had called in and come to find out after they listed to the call it was another patient. I never got a sorry or anything the lady arguing with me just walked away. Today after my daughters well visit she was taking her time deciding on a duck for a prize, she’s neurodivergent and has a hard time with decisions, the lady at the counter told her ok that’s enough you can take the one you touched and go.. she’s barely 3. I absolutely love the doctors but the office staff needs training on bedside manner and neurodivergent children. I’ll be looking for a new pediatric office."

"We absolutely love Premier Pediatrics! All providers and staff have always exhibited extreme bed-side manners, professionalism and most of all are personable with patients. Communication is made from confirming appointments to returning calls on general questions additionally, when an email has been sent there has always been returned response. My girls have had visits with all providers and each has taken their time to listen to concerns and are invested in the well-being of the patient. Appointments are easy to schedule and same-day appointments are generally always offered if needed. We will continue to stay with Premier until my children are older as they have strived to establish a real doctor-patient relationship and there is a trust that has been made from addressing medical concerns, listening to prescription concerns, etc. There really are so many great things to say about Premier Pediatrics would definitely recommend."
