"What a fantastic place to go when your hurting. I called with a severe tooth ache and could no longer handle the pain. They got me in within 24 hours. The staff is very sweet and want to make sure your ok at all times. They lay out the plan and explain it and then they give you the option of Anastasia. Dr. Davis is great! Very kind and has genuine concern for his patients and making sure he does what is best for them. "The doctor is amazing and so are his assistants that help with his surgeries. However, his office staff is atrocious. Never have I encountered a more rude and unhelpful group of people. When I had my surgery a year ago they were running around the office squabbling because they didn’t have enough information on my insurance when they had just called and gotten all of the information from me the day before, AND I had the information with me. My mother and I sat there looking around confused and we tried to offer them suggestions to help but they were extremely rude until I told them I had the information they needed with me and suddenly the office was calm. Did they ever ask me that? No, they just assumed all was lost and I was helpless and hopeless. It was a very strange experience but since then I’ve been breached with nothing but attitude from them. Sorry I can communicate better than you, as office staff you should really work on that if that’s the case."

"Well when I got there I was greeted very nicely by your receptionist. I was then asked to fill out some paperwork, which was no big deal. While I was filling out the paperwork the receptionist and one of the dental assistants were behind the counter whispering and pointing at the computer screen then they would look yup at me. It really made me feel like those two women were talking about me. To be honest I don't know for sure if they really were but with my teeth needing add as work add it needs I'm already terribly self conscious about myself. What bothered me was that my husband was there with me and because the clinic was running late my husband want ankle tho meet or even talk too the Dr with me. But the rest of the visit went fine! Dr Metcalf and the assistant who was helping him were incredibly kind and tried their best to reassure me."
