"My wife and I's go to sushi place in Rexburg. Pricing is great and they sometimes have good deals. Never had a problem finding parking. Usually the food is ready in 10-15 minutes. If you're looking for something cheap I recommend the Philadelphia roll. If you have a bigger budget you have to try de Fat Boy roll. The staff is not very friendly, which I don't care about since I usually order to go. Some noodle dishes have a bit too much sauce."

"It was my first time coming here and I have to say, not that impressed. The sushi rolls were just ok, and the fried rice with chicken was the worst I've ever had! The chicken may have been boiled, to be cooked, and there was not ANY flavor. The rice was very bland and had no flavor either. Salt and pepper couldn't even help it. I also ordered edamame, as it is one of my favorite appetizers, which come out after the main dish and also seemed old and flavorless."

"I've had sushi all over the U.S and in Japan. I absolutely love sushi. This is by far the best sushi I have had in this country. The portions are large the flavor is excellent and the prices are a complete steal. We ate the salmon Nigiri far too quickly to snap a photo"

"5 stars for the sushi, 3 stars for the entrees (that I’ve tried). My husband and I came here a few times because they have a great selection of sushi at good pricing. I love the Shrimp Lover Roll and Red8 Roll! I love shrimp and cream cheese in sushi, so those were the best ones I’ve tried. One of the times when I ordered the sushi, the tempura shrimp was still warm. Oh my goodness, you have no idea how good that tasted!!! I wish every time I get freshly cooked shrimp that is still warm in my sushi now :) Anyways, the first time we came, we had the normal entrees. They weren’t great at all (fried rice was bland, the food didn’t taste authentic) but gladly the sushi we tried was good enough to motivate us to return. Turns out it is worth it to keep coming back for their sushi!"

"This has quickly become one of my favorite Asian restaurants in town! Not only have I had really good food here at Red 8 but I’ve had very good service as well. There are plenty of super tasty dishes and it’s usually very quick to get the food after ordering. The sushi is very good and my favorites are the Yellowstone roll and the one night stand roll. Overall 10/10"
