"For starters my wife discussed the desired length she wanted our dog trimmed with Cindy when she dropped the dog off. We wanted to keep some length and Cindy ran her hands through the hair and said she could do it. When I picked him up, I knew that my wife wouldn't be happy. My daughter was shocked. I've posted before and after pics for comparison. I got "excuses" about the animal not being brushed out before bringing him in and her brushing for 3 hours?? Again, she saw the dog! Which means that there was plenty of time to "err on the side of caution" as she said she does in a different review posted here. The conversation my wife relayed was leaving about 4 or 5 inches, not a basic shaving. We would have preferred a call explaining why Cindy could not do what said she could do and we would have gladly paid for the services rendered. Or, we would gladly have paid for whatever time and work was required to get the results we wanted. I decided to tip because that's how I am. I was "asked " if I wanted to leave one. We will use a different business next time. And paying on the sidewalk outside makes me leary. A weird vibe. Who does that? It's like a restaurant that doesn't want you to go in their kitchen."
