"Therapist #1 was inappropriate. Switched and had a wonderful therapist for months. She had family issues and took off a week or two in June but haven't had sessions since then. 3 months! I had crisis issues and called the office & was told she probably was out of the country for the funeral (2 months?) Then told me to call back in a week or two if I hadn't heard from her. Now at 3 months I decide I'm done with this agency. Disappointed."
