"Difficulty booking, they canceled my appointment, I was able to get my account straightened out within 15 minutes they had already given my appointment away, I’m just so upset and began crying on the phone and the lady I spoke to was just so uncaring and mean. I’m just so frustrated because I have so many of these credits and then my card gets declined and I took the day off months in advance and now I have the day off with no pay and also no appointment. And they’re just so uncaring, I used to go to the massage envy in Dr Phillips in Florida and they were so much kinder and more understanding"
"This is by far the best massage envy I have ever been to. I have been to the other location near Moore, I have been to locations in Maryland and New Jersey and this by bar exceeds all expectations of a retail massage place. Their manager really helped me out with my membership from Maryland. I have received great massages and facials. Really the best around."
