"Chris at Elite Brain Performance and Neurofeedback is phenomenal. He’s incredibly reliable, knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. I have struggled with anxiety/OCD, addiction and alcoholism for years. While 12 step work, medications and therapy have all helped in providing some relief, Neurofeedback was the final piece to help me finally turn the corner to healthier mental health and general contentment. It’s hard to articulate to others how or why it works but there is zero doubt that it works and that I am exponentially more content and experiencing much less anxiety than before neurofeedback. Be patient though bc it doesn’t happen overnight! It takes several months and multiple sessions before I noticed such significant changes/improvements but anything worth while isn’t fast or easy! Stay the course because it absolutely works!!! Life changing!"
