Reviews
"Had an awful experience while shopping at this location today. A middle aged woman wearing a pink sweater (wish I had her name but this is all the info I have) was incredibly rude and condescending. I have high expectations for general customer service and this was an experience worth reviewing because of how poorly I felt about it. We were rung up by a kind woman that made our experience a lot more enjoyable."
"I visited the store today looking for pants to match a sports coat. The customer service I received from Linda was expert and exceptional. I showed her a picture of the jacket and she made the shopping experience so pleasant, and I received a first hand styling education while at it!"
"Stopped in today and asked for a dressing room. The store attendant was terrible rude and condescending. I would rather shop online than be treated poorly."
"We had a bad experience during our last visit to this store. I was returning a couple of items that we purchased from the Traverse mountain store. The manager at the traverse mountain store gave us a couple of extra discounts and we ended up buying more and more (over $500). Apparently, the manager at tanger was somehow upset that they did that and took it personal saying that this should not be allowed, as if we took something out of her way. She then proceeded to claim that she's saying that because she doesn't want her staff to be fired. To the manager: you are not a smart salesperson. I will not buy from your store again. I will go to the Traverse mountain store instead because they earned my business. In the end, you are in the sales business and I know that you are making a profit even with a measly 15% discount. So do the right thing and be a smart saleswoman. Also, you told me that the teacher discount cannot be combined with other discounts. Well, turns out that it CAN be combined since your computer system allows it. So it is up to you to combine or not. If you don't combine, you lose my business. Apparently, I took personally too :) oh well."
"MATTIE, Charlotte and Jana were so awesome!!! I was in a hurry to pick out an outfit for a graduation party and they set me up. Being old fat and with no fashion sense i was lost. I got shirt, pants, belt, socks and even shoes at great outlet price. They even offered to steem them for the party. Impressive."
