"We seriously can’t thank the ruff house enough for being so good to our Lady and us for when we book last minute things for our girl! Our girl also absolutely loves going to the ruff house she definitely gets home tired! Now the staff is also always so informative when it comes to her days or just in general how she’s doing. They are always friendly and respectful! They definitely deserve more positive reviews!"

"While I understand policy and business practices, but I cannot and will not recommend this establishment ever again. Instead of having an opportunity to allow grace and humbleness, they stuck to their guns and will make $700 of off my family due to having to change plans due to a family emergency. We weren't asking for anything that would have harmed them one bit. We asked for boarding credit, but all we got was $40. While I cannot guarantee they'd be able to schedule other puppies to take up the room mine would have, but I have a reasonable belief they could have."

"Mary S. has been grooming my Shihtzu for several years. He is not the most well mannered boy when it comes to grooming but she has been awesome! She is very calm and we have never had an issue and he looks gorgeous every time. We had a bad experience with a previous groomer (not at Ruff House) so we are very happy!"

"Have have boarded our dog here a couple is times and each time we have been very pleased with the care and service the Ruff House provides. The staff are happy, helpful and kind. The facility is clean, and the open area in the front lobby makes it easy to maneuver through. Our kids always miss our doggie so much and the updates and pictures the Ruff House provides all of us with a piece is mind that our beloved dog is being loved and taken care of. Thank you Ruff House for taking such wonderful care of our family dog!! We highly recommend Rudd House!"

"The only place I trust with my kiddos (doggies). They truly know how to take care of dogs and they pay attention to detail. I’ve taken my kiddos to other places and they’ve never told me “Thor @ Cody have been having so much fun, but we had to give them a 10 minute break…” which I really appreciate because I know my dogs and I know they play non-stop, if they could without a break and they need that break. I also love the specific details they give on my other dog Kobe and now he’s kind of shy, but still plays around here and there. I really appreciate them for their hard work and when they cuddle and play with my doggies. My husband and I love this place and staff so much we bought the staff lunch one day. Thank you Ruff House!
