"Had our first visit today and they were absolutely AMAZING! I adopted my pup Andy in February and came without any concerns, just to have her checked out and establish a good relationship with her vet. The tech was so sweet with her and although Andy was nervous she calmed right down and felt safe with her. When the vet came in she got very scared (she doesn’t do well around men) and he was so so gentle and caring with her. He sat on the floor with treats and waited for her to be comfortable. By the end of him being there she was enjoying pets and loves from him. They invited us to stop by when they aren’t busy to get her treats and good exposure. These guys were great at educating, answering any questions I had, and taking their time with my pup to help her feel safe. We are definitely having them as our permanent clinic."

"My dog came down with Kennel Cough and the Vet Service I have used in the past could not work him in. A friend suggested I try Pet Medical. When I called, they had an appointment that afternoon. When I got there, they were professional and friendly. The technician and doctor were very thorough and treated my dog with care. I was very pleased. I think I have found a new vet for my precious fur baby."

They all were so patient and friendly with him, they let him sniff all the tools before coming near him with them and made slow introductions with themselves to make him more comfortable.
