"Very unprofessional worst massage I have ever had and then Lucy argued with me about doing a 20% tip instead of the 10% tip which was more generous than I should’ve been!!!!! Place was not clean at all and there was another person hair on the sheet I was on. I left with my back very stiff and a throbbing headache."

I have tried a few others in the area, but they are the only ones who can work the knots out of my neck, shoulders and upper back. She is always polite and kind to me. "Went ahead and tried this place although I was hesitant after reading the reviews. Booked an appointment online for a couples massage for 2-60 minute sessions for $130. Arrived for our appointment and the place is closed. Called the number and Amy answered and said she would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later she rushes in and said she could give us 2-30 minute sessions, because it was only her. The place was not our idea place of a spa. The massage felt rushed and we had to do one at a time. At the end she insisted on charging for 2-30 minutes sessions, which cost $50 each. Overall a pretty terrible experience. She could have tried and made it right, but chose not to."
