"I had never been to this location and right when we walked in Genevieve welcomed us with a smile and told us where she would be if we needed help. Kurt was also working and he was very helpful in picking the shoes we needed. When we go to the counter Genevieve helped us sign up for the rewards program and got us the discount for signing up. Over all the experience was great, the store was clean and employees were very helpful. I will be returning :)"

"We had the best experience at this place today. We bought a pair of Converse leather shoes for our 6yr old son back in Dec 2015 and after 3 months of very light use, they started falling apart. We stopped to asked why that was happening and Angie (who by the way is super nice and energetic) looked into the issue and gave us in-store credit to get new shoes for our son. Thank you very much!!!"
