"My therapist was amazing. If you get Nakeisha Mcgee you won't be disappointed. I wish I could give this a 5 star rating. I lost power and my phone never charged overnight like usual so I missed my appointment and was charged $135. I was told I could speak to billing in 20 minutes and never got to speak with anyone after a 1 hour hold. If you are wealthy enough I advise you use Thriveworks. If you have a family I don't recommend using them since they just want your money."
