"My mother takes our small dogs here- she is very cautious about who she will trust with her/our dogs and she feels very comfortable bringing them here. The dogs are also never scared when they are being left or picked up like they were at previous places (and why we don't use those places anymore). They do a good job on grooming and the pricing is very reasonable."

"Don't even bother with this bunch. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. You can never reach them via phone and they never email you back. I had an appointment set up for my dog to be groomed but they were closed, even though the sign clearly said open Tues-Sat 9am-5pm. Yet they weren't open! Don't waste your time and gas, just go elsewhere. >=("
