Staff is always amazing and willing to help, it might take a little while if they are busy but always 10/10 customer service. I absolutely hate the prices of some of their products and think it’s always cheaper somewhere else. Nothing against this store or the people working here but I do not like how petsmart sells some products that specifically hurt the animals they are spelled for. Hurtz and Marshal brand products should not exist and should not be sold."
