"They kick my mom out because she switch to pace ( other school ) and before she leaves they desactívate her visa because she left and 4 people start yelling at my mom and kicking her out because they didn’t sent the note on the email she had to fill out it was their fault and migration let’s the school desactívate the visa 5 days after and just pass 4 days that she switch and started to being racist with her and saying “I don’t speak Spanish I only speak English talk to me in English” and stuff and my mom can’t do anything about I won’t recommend this school to anyone at least if you want to be treated like that"

He showed a complete lack of empathy and interest in the students' concerns, particularly regarding the placement levels. Moreover, when I attempted to address my issues with him, his response was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. It became evident that my feelings and concerns held no significance to him. In an educational institution like Lumos, one would anticipate a nurturing and supportive environment for students. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling undervalued and disheartened. I cannot recommend Lumos English School to anyone seeking respectful and caring staff members who genuinely prioritize their students' well-being and progress."

"On September 11th, I requested a level change because I didn't feel satisfied with the level I was placed in. To do this, a school staff member named Alex treated me rudely and offensively. I felt scared and vulnerable due to his aggressive attitude towards me. They asked me for a fee to process the level change. I don't believe it's right to have to pay an additional fee if I'm not happy with my current level. The school is supposed to provide a service to its students and should care about creating a positive environment, but Alex made me feel the opposite. I had high expectations for the school, but now I'm concerned about the way the staff treats students. Honestly, if you're considering studying English, this is not the welcoming place you'd expect it to be."
