"I hope the dirty and messy look to the store was solely due to the fact it was the week of Christmas. Did find a coat for sub for Santa but it took forever to check out. Ok not forever but 20 min. Even for an outlet time store the coat seemed over priced. So I looked it up after the fact just to see. And they charge the same as I could have picked it up on Amazon for. So make sure the deal you think you’re getting really is a deal."

"Poor service and lack of customer care. Items were priced “incorrectly” apparently so they tried to charge me more at checkout which was disappointing. Manager was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in delivering quality service and customer satisfaction."

"I was here today at this location doing some shopping with my boyfriend. We overheard that the store was closing early so we got in line. The line was massive, but moving. We noticed that there was only one cashier that was handling the line, answering phones and helping customers. We also noticed that he greeted every single customer with a smile and thanked people for their patience for the wait. He was super polite, and remained professional and calm even though he was in over his head. His name is Ben M. I think that he has the most amazing customer service that I’ve seen in a really long time. I sincerely hope that this young man is paid well and given a well deserving holiday bonus. He’s doing an amazing job and deserves it!!! Great job Ben!"

"For whatever reason this location seems to be better stocked than any other TJ Maxx in town. This is a really big deal when you are shopping in a bargain stores because at other stores or locations you *might* find what you're looking for. At this location , you probably *will* find what you're looking for and you might even find it in a variety of sizes and colors as well."
