"I would have given them a higher score due to their care of my husband’s unexpected injury, but because of one of their employees treatment of me and my children I gave them this score. A nurse made a one second assumption about me and my children, after I’d had contact with a handful of their staff already without issue, and treated us poorly because of it. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced inconsistencies in their training and unprofessionalism in their care but since the higher ups disregarded my last experience, and threatened me with a lawyer, I decided to leave this comment instead as a warning to others. If you can, go somewhere else. Because you never know what kind of help you’ll get here."

"Worst joke of a hospital. They sent me one bill to my correct address, i called and paid it didnt mention another bill. They then served us papers and when we told them we paid the only bill we'd gotten they said they had got my bill back in the mail 3 times! Because they were sending it to the wrong address! How do you send one bill to the correct address and let another get returned 3 times! And why would you not ask about the other bill when i called to pay the other one? When i asked them about it they acted like it wasnt a big deal and didnt understand why i was so upset!"
