"I've recently returned from Fairview after having attended a memorial service for my brother in law. Who lived with my sister in the Fellowship Home Apartments. It has come to my attention that my brother-in-law had fallen outside of his apartment as a result of the fall he broken his back. The area where the event happened has a broken curbing, and doesn't appear to be in ADA compliance. My brother-in-law died as a direct result from said fall. The Fellowship Home refuses to take responsibility for this incident, refused to disclose their liability information to my sister. They need to be held accountable for their negligence, it's time for the Fellowship Home administration to do the right thing."
