"Not happy with this location. I had some defected item and they wouldn’t reimburse it or exchange it overall disappointing."

"I ordered a pair of leggings during the black Friday sale and they already started to pill (I don't dry them or anything) so i called before Christmas to discuss the quality assurance guarantee and the girl i spoke with was really kind and said they would be happy to exchange them but asked if wouldn't mind waiting until after the holiday season, which of course no problem. I went in last night and was met with the most rude employee. She told me "I will do this for you now, but don't think we will do this again. She also told me she "wouldn't recommend the leggings i picked because my legs clearly rub together and that's where the problem lies." She point blank told me "going forward we will not fix this issue for you". Her entire demeanor was that i was there strictly to annoy her. The employee was an older woman with bright red hair. The leggings were my second pair ever, and first i purchase for myself. I was so offput by her poor attitude that I will not be coming back going forward. Especially when they are the ones who have a quality return policy and it was my first time using it."

"The employees here were so helpful!! I was gifted a pair of pants and needed to exchange for a different size without a receipt or tags, and the nice girl at the register went through the lulu system to track down the original purchase, and helped me proceed with the exchange. So excited about my new pants!! Thank you!"

"Love the clothes, but Kevin the manager and one of the employees was awful to work with when their system had a error. Called another store and they took care of it over the phone immediately. Terrible customer service"

"They were absolutely fabulous! I went in with my three boys (all under 5) to get a Christmas gift for the wife. Not only were they patient with my kids, giving them stickers and saying hello, but they spent the time helping me put together an outfit that I think my wife will love. Worst case as they put it, she can bring it back and pick out something else that she loves."
