"I brought in a pair of suede over the knee boots to get the calf size extended. The guy told me they would be done in 3 days and it cost me $40. It took over 1 week. When I went in to get them they were destroyed. He cut a huge square into the back of the boot, glued a piece of elastic to it and sewed over the glue with awful stitching. My boots are completely ruined and $140 down the drain. Do not waste your time."
