"I went in last night (2/7/24) since I haven’t been to this location. My experience was shocking, disgusting, appalling, and quite disappointing. There were two employees(blondie and brunette) at the front when I walked in, no greeting from either of them, just giggles and side eye. As I walked around looking at the items, I noticed only one employee was actually working and they looked stressed. This person was cleaning the register area, checking people out, and trying to help any and all customers as best as they could. The two, which then became 3, employees stayed in the front trying on clothes and laughing. None of them decided to come and help. One of the girls (black hair or maybe another brunette) that was trying on clothes kept coming to the back to grab MORE clothes for the three to try one. That one girl could see all of us customers needed help, but she didn’t drop what she was doing to come do her job. It’s wasn’t very slow either, it was me, two couples, and a couple other people in by themselves, so in total of 7 or 8 customers. I was there for about 30 minutes and when I left the three girls were STILL at the front trying on clothes and laughing, not one of them said a single thing to me. I gave them a glare as I walked out, but they unfortunately did not see me. I feel bad for the one employee who was actually working, I hope she gets a pay raise! I hope the manager can crack down on those three girls or fire them because that is not acceptable. If I ever go back in to this location and I see the same thing happening, I will most like become a Karen and make a scene on those girls. I wish I had gotten the name of the one working employee, I remember she was tall. I hope something gets done about this soon!!"

"I was so disappointed with the customer service. I love shopping here but I was treated so poorly. I paid for my order and was able to pick it today which was cool! Until…the manger of shift said they don’t have any is stock…so she canceled my order to find out there was one in stock. The manager or shift failed to look and blames the other girl who held my order. This “manager” didn’t do anything to make it right and was saying I needed to repurchase my order when SHE CANCELLED IT FOR BEING LAZY AND NOT CHECKING INVENTORY. Funny thing is…my order was delayed not canceled…I got an email saying it wasn’t canceled but delayed. So yeah I had to pay double for my order. Wouldn’t give me a discount for her mistake. Horrible customer service. Won’t be coming back here again."

"The selection of clothing here was awesome but the service was awful. there were 3 girls behind the register with only one checking people out. the other two were standing around chatting. the line grew to be about 8 people long and they seemed to be completely oblivious. i try not to be too impatient but other customers noticed as well and it was really irritating to wait 20 minutes to be checked out with 2 parties in front of us."
