"The clothing was so cute and the workers were so nice!"

"worst customer service ever. me and my friend come in 40 minutes before close and they told us the fitting rooms were closed and we couldn’t use them, but let me use the fitting room and but not my friend after. i asked this girl with short black hair and bangs if she worked there and she completely walked past me on her phone ignoring me. when i checked out she was still there and was fixing clothes on the display and talking to the workers so i know she worked there. an absolutely embarrassing event going here. the man with red hair also had an attitude and kept watching us around the store."

"This location is great. They have an especially great selection of men’s and women’s pants. This store has a lot of merchandise. It was pretty busy when we went. The workers were kind and helpful. There are also a few sales going on right now."

"Store has quite a range of items to shop from. I was quite disappointed by the layout of the store. Between the sea of clothing racks and the boxes set out for restocking it was like a maze. Just navigating the store trying to get around and not run into others was a nightmare. Employees were kind enough and helpful, but not plentiful. I guess that’s the day and age we live in right now with labor shortages."

"I love this Cotton On location. The employees are so kind and always help me find what I need. The clothes are also very cute, high quality, and reasonably priced. I also love the sustainable model they promote as they charge a small additional fee for a bag, encouraging the customers to reuse shopping bags they already have."
